A Brupaks problem

Hi all. I'm new here. I'm currently halfway through a Brupaks Brewers Choice Best Bitter kit. I've used one before. This time, though, I've gone and lost the instructions halfway through the process, and I'm wondering if anyone here can help with the rest of it.

My beer has been fermenting for seven days in the primary vessel. I think it's now done. I'm not sure now what to do next. Can anyone help?! All instructions very gratefully received.

Thanks Chris. Yes, I remember it suggesting transfer to a secondary after five to seven days. I don't really have one in any case, so it's useful to know that's not essential. Thanks for the advice.
