THE GREAT WHITE SHIELD TASTING. CAMBRIDGE, 18 DEC

FRIDAY 18TH DECEMBER IN THE KINGSTON ARMS, KINGSTON STREET, (OFF MILL ROAD) CAMBRIDGE. 8PM.

Well, I think this will be the last meeting in Cambridge for 2009 and all are welcome. The usual meeting agenda; drink too much beer and talk bo**ocks :!: :!:

It's a bit of a special meeting, as we will be sampling the following brewers attempts at White Shield IPA:
JabbA, DrewBrews, Tequilla6, Cooldad, smp465, audley, Maltloaf and myself (hope i haven't missed anybody out) It would be good to see some new faces and get more of an objective view of our White Shield. (that includes you Simon if you read this)

All brewed within strict guidelines to a recipe organised by tequilla6 here: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=27648&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

I will be taking photographs of this meeting, so trim those beards and polish those sandles chaps :D

With the problems I had before the last meeting that stopped me coming , fingers crossed will be able to make it this time, as this is the day they all break up from school .

Hello fellas,

I've just got back from my Belgian beer adventure! I've been drinking Gueuze and Trapist ales all week :)

Needless to say I'm now skint.

Anyway, I'll do my best to make it this Friday, Wouldn't want to miss out on the White shields.

Sorry chaps, failed you for two in a row now. Gutted to be missing the White Shield night after all the build up and everyone making the effort.... i'll keep some of mine back for next time.
