I've used Gervin EC1118 / C / GV10 (wish they would stick with one name!) in the past with good success.

It's a high alcohol champagne yeast, which ferments to dryness, crisp and clear tasting, very clean. It ferments quite quickly, at the end of fermentation the yeast falls out of suspension quite quickly.

Currently have some turbo cider which is almost fermented to completion using the EC1118 strain, although this was Lalvin not Gervin.

I believe that Gervin 5 is very similar.
