Nice one!
I've yet to have one of those magical brewdays, I'm still quite green to this whole brewing malarkey but it's all coming together- slowly but surely!
Cheers,
Jamie

I think I set up an account on 'photobucket' to put pictures on, and you can then copy and paste the links to the pictures into your post. Hope that makes sense!

Hi everyone i will set up account with photo bucket so i can show my pics.Don't worry jabba you will most certintly have those days when everything just works. On the other hand i had the worst day brewing know to man kind last year i was trying to brew a American pale ale.On that realy ruff brewing day i did not put enough brewing water in my brewing kettle i BURNT both of my mashing/sparging bags the thing that made me mad was i was given those mash water ratio's from a so called expert brewer(some local guy that shops at my local home brew shopp).I ended tipping all the malts that i could save into a anti allergey pillow cover and finishing the mash and sparging in my cooler box. There is a happy ending to all of this, the ale produced on that very crap day was amazing it tastes fatastic you would not even be able to tell that any thing went wrong with that brew.We named that American pale ale "MIRACLE" caus it was a miracle that the ale worked and it's a even bigger miracle that the ale tasted so good. The one good thing about having a crap day brewing is you can see the small holes in your brewing game from there you can start sowing up those little holes in your game.I have always said you learn more from your mistakes, than will ever learn from your sucsses. That American pale ale i named MIRACLE iam taking to this year's craft brewing compition's.

Hi everyone Riwaka hop is a new hop from New Zealand. It is a Dual purpose hop, the aau's for my packet of Riwaka is 12% is it's good economics caus you don't have to add alot, if you add Riwaka at the being it's got well balanced bitterness if you also add Riwaka later in the boil you get a blast of tropical fruit. It's not just me who has found Riwaka a exellent Dual purpose hop there is lot's and lot's of people who have also found Riwaka to be a fantastic Dual purpose hop.I bought my packet of Riwaka hops from Hop&Grape there cost be i think £6.50 but there are worth every penny. Iam taking my bitter and my American pale ale to this year's compitions so i can't at the moment put my recipe's on the forum but i will seroiusly consider puting a couple of my recipe's on the forum as soon as iam finished with the compition's sorry for the disapointment.
