Re: Summer beers
Burton Bridge Summer Ale with 500 grams light hopped Spraymalt and 400 grams golden syrup went down very well last summer.
Re: Summer beers
If I knew of a way to modify a kit so that it came out like Badger's Golden Champion, I'd be making tonnes of the stuff.

Hi!
Another vote for Coopers (International series) Australian Pale Ale...
I made mine with a kilo of BKE and it came out a treat... I made several batches of this last year I kept a few bottles aside and it survived for 4 months in the bottle with no signs of deteriation
I have got a Burton Bridge Summer Ale put by for summer which I'll brew in April... It was recomended to me by soemone on here...
I'm also planned a Coopers IPA aswell
I've also made the most of the cold weather to brew up a cpuple batches of Lager using genuine lager yeast
Should be fine for those summer BBQ's if I fancy a change from my Pale Ale

Slainte!
