Pale Ale hopped with Summit

Post by Whorst » Mon Jan 25, 2010 4:35 am

Brewing this Monday, 8am, West Coast time. Pics to follow.

10lbs. 2-row Pale
1 lbs. CaraVienne
.5lbs. Aromatic
.5oz. Summit 16.3% AA% @ 60 min
.25oz. Summit @ 30 min.
.25oz. Summit @ 15
Yeast: UK-05, the absolute best dry yeast available.
Dry hop: 1oz. Summit for 7 Days.
O.G. should be around 1.050'ish.

For those interested in a little tid bit, I'm done watching professional American football. Done, I could give a &^%$# about it.
Why should I give a &^%$# about millionaires losing a game?? Because it's been thirty *&^%$ years of the same old *&^%$.
My interests now are brewing, culinary arts, MG's, travel, nude women.

In that order? Could it be 'Brewing with Nude Women while driving an MG in another country and eating out' ?

The beer sounds great - as for your current list of interests, if you dropped the MGs, then you'd be all set for a long and happy life.
