probably added after fermentation, an i would have its not the good stuff but not the equivalent of cooking sherry either.

Did either of you have a recipe for this beer, I had it at a beer festival last year in Kingston and a load of beardy boys I was chatting too recommended it to me (was a really good evening). I've since had this beer in a bottle but would love to create it at home for the next brew. According to O'Hanlons website, it has roast barley, chocolate and black malt and I'm assuming pale too. Styrian Goldings are used as the aroma hop. I have no more information other than that. I might try reverse engineering it in the beer engine but I dont have the EBU value nor colour so might be tricky.

Any suggestions would be great?

Thanks

Spencer
