did you include Styrian Goldings in the Sheihallion?

No - the recipe I saw didnt have them in, just Challenger and a load of Hersbrucker.

I got a terrible OG on this, 1040 instead of 1050, I dont know why either. The lager malt was in two 2.5kg bags which I'd ordered about 8 months ago, and they looked a bit floury, im putting it down to that. Thats the last of the old malt used now anyway.

Dirt! I hate it when you've got your process down to an art and then something F's it up! Ah well, I'm sure it'll be a good brew anyway. I only asked about the SG as I had a look at the brewery website and the had SG as one of the hops for the Sheihallion
