Well its finally come, my first ag breww tomorrow. All the equipment bought, washed and ready to go. Hopefully the next time I view it will all be over

Good luck Gizmo. I'm sure everything will go just as planned but don't worry too much if you think things aren't going too well. So long as you get something into a sterilised fermentor you'll make beer.

Don't do it!

It started with just one for me. Then I started experimenting with other brews and hanging out with a different crowd. Before I knew it, I was desperately scrabbling about the bottom of the malt bag for enough grains just to do a starter.

Everything went well. I just wrote everything down simply step by step ang crossed it off as I completed it, just can't wait to test it
