ADM youve done it again. Youve managed to put us all to shame. that video is great. I am so jealous as I am not far off having the same equipment! I just dont know how to fully utilise it!
Why dont you send me some water and then I could give you a proper Liquor treatment analysis as opposed to the usual ' teaspoon of gypsum' !!
That is a lovely setup and I think it requires the due recognition!

Next time someone sniggers in the face of homebrewing Ill show them this video!

  There really is a lot of bull created in the online world :D I've not seen talk like that since I used to download half the internet (for educational purposes) I must have had a good chunk of all the music and graphics software there ever was, even stuff for Apple when I only had a PC. And got kicked off BT internet for caining two ISDN lines when I was only suppose to use one at a time.

Now I'm a good boy and actually own the legal versions of the software I use :)

Cracking video/brewday matey. It's nice to see the RIMS in action after seeing it from idea through to completion in pictures. I was wondering why you use a separate spreadsheet to calculate your liqueur volume when you use BeerAlchemy? I've never felt the need to use any other program (other than the water treatment calculator on either JBK or the homebrew forum, as I feel that is the only area BA falls down!)

Incidentally my girlfriend used to live in kwa Mbonambi (on the N2 north of Richard Bay) running a youth hostel with some friends (sadly run into the ground and closed by subsequent owners). She has the Africa 'bug' aswell, and untill I went over I couldn't quite understand it, but man I can see why people fall in love with the place! I went over with her in 2007 and cant wait to go back.

Any who, slight digression. Look forward to more thrilling installments of Brewmageddon :D :D :D :D

Brilliant brilliant video.

Great set up that you have!

I am with floyd on pinching the idea for the stirrer, I ordered the same stirrer tool. Will make mashing in a whole lot easier.
