Thought I'd get another on the go whilst I can; going well so far with 105mins left to go on the boil.

The one from Grahams book with a bit more challenger & Northdown; S04 Yeast; nowt fancy why?

Noo, I didnt meant Grahams isnt good, I havent seen it, I havent seen any recipes for it is what I meant, and assumed the one you were going to be using was a good one.

I attempted this before but stewed the grist (alcoholic haze clouded my judgment) as I doughed in at 85.
The result was quite a sweet but dry variant; not unpleasant but not what I was after.

This one went like clockwork so looking forward to trying it out
