I think you need to triple the gravity and add a few kilos of Chinook.
Just kidding, seems like that will make a nice Mild, never tried Windsor personally.

Me either. I just figured that I would need a more "characterful" english yeast. I don't get much out of SO4 so I figured I would give this a try.

When your drinking it youl just be sat wishing you put more hops in it
. Thats what I do every time I brew something not especially hoppy. I start off with the same idea as you "oh I fancy something not especially hoppy" or "ill branch out and brew something different" , then about 5 pints in im like "hmm. bored of this.."
