Well, there it was, gone. A good night had by all, and all turned out.
Unless you've met Jim, you won't know the modesty of the man. Too busy with what might benefit all, he overlooks his own part in all this.
Borodave, an educated man, not just a compound word, and his company, as all, was a pleasure.
The other three might have just come for the beer, but it certainly didn't seem that way. Really folks, they made the gathering with their incessant conversation and ideology. Thank you all.
For me? I left to catch the 22:58, No. 20 bus. The usual problem at my age, 10 minutes to the stop, then a ride of 50 minutes followed by 20 minutes walk. It shouldn't be too hard, but passing over the River Wee-er followed by visualising names like Micturation Way and Urinary Avenue made it seem eternal. Urethra Rise and Wet Leg Close just says it all.
