Hi,
I'm after some advice on my first recipe brew this weekend. I want a fairly dark bitter of about 4% and this is my first draft of the recipe. I have a homebrew shop nearby so can pick up any extra ingredients if you have any recommendations.
Cheers in advance.
James.

That looks excellent. My kinda recipe. Not too many ingredients and not too strong. Should be a goody.

Did the brew yesterday. Went very well and it smelled lovely this morning. Will post my pics on the Brewdays section as soon as I get chance.
