AG19 Mad Dog IPA with pics

First brew in the new setup; liquor is on the go, should be ready to dough in at 1000hrs..

I'm going back to basics with volumes etc to find the benchmark and will take it from there.

It's good to be back in the brewing shed! :)

Here's the recipe for anyone interested.

UK Bramling Cross (5.8 % alpha) 52 g Loose Whole Hops used All Of Boil
UK Challenger (6.5 % alpha) 48 g Loose Whole Hops used All Of Boil
UK Golding (5.9 % alpha) 32 g Loose Whole Hops used 15 Min From End
NZ Cascade (11.2 % alpha) 40 g Loose Whole Hops used At turn off

Now for the sharp eyed of you; you'll see I'm about 3.5L short of target and I reckons I know where it went!
2Lt deadspace in MT and 1Lt in the copper which I'll compensate for next time around.
All in all it went pretty well/smooth; I've a little fettling to do but otherwise I'm quite happy.

Where did you get the lids for the kegs from?
Fermenter(s): Lambic, Wheat beer, Amrillo/Cascade Beer
