Old peculiar is quite fuggles based, so thought it might work in quite well. Perhaps the maltiness is just going to smother them

Challengers were just fine. I only have one bottle left. it was superb, thanks all.
My ribs....or at least the moo-cows ribs are going well. The sarah hughes marinade has geletanised around them. I covered them in foil with 1/2 Lt of shdm. They cooked at 100C for 7 hours. I'll add Tabasco, heinz ketchup and sweet chilli sauce whilst I brew the mash I have on now for Sierra Nevada. There would have been pics, but, well I have Hawkwind on and a guitar I wanna sell....and srah hughes to drink.
I realy want one of mateys smokers, heh!
