I did a Bramling IPA as one of my first Extract recipes... it wasn't bad, full on Blackcurrant.
I shall do another sometime, let us know how yours turns out :)

Will do, would have loved to keep it all bramling and I am thinking of dry hopping with EKG. what do you think?

Should be good :)
I'll have to get some more Bramling Cross and do my own.

Still haven't really tried BX, not in a single hop brew anyway.... must give them a go at some point. Hope this works out well!

You don't need much Bramling X to get the blackcurrant thing going. I don't think your dryhops will mask them much, so happy days! I used them last year in an IPA and initially they were a bit on the strong side for me but mellowed nicely over a few months. I also used them in my most recent IPA Damn the expense Mid Atlantic. Only used an oz in for the last minute.

I tried a single hop brew with it and to be honest I think it needs something else, I am going to try it with challenger next.
