This was my closest attempt yet, Northern Brewer is just what I had you could use Magnum as it's what they use.... also those 1 min hops are added at the end of the boil and steeped for 20 minutes before cooling. Ferment fairly cool.

Boil Size: 26.01 L
Boil Time: 60 min
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.00

5.45 kg Lager Malt (2 Row) UK or Lower Colour Marris Otter (1.5 SRM) Grain 92.37 %
0.45 kg Light Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (30.5 SRM) Grain 7.63 %
30.00 gm Northern Brewer [10.90 %] (60 min) Hops 38.7 IBU
30.00 gm Cascade [7.00 %] (10 min) Hops 5.0 IBU
70.00 gm Cascade [7.00 %] (1 min) Hops 9.7 IBU
1 Pkgs SafAle (DCL Yeast #US-05) Yeast-Ale

Hmm... could this be my first AG brew?

Although I'll most likely reduce the batch to a 19 or 23l brewlength...

I was going to order soem Magnum when I place my first (large-ish) grain order... :) Upto now its been small amounts of speciality malts to go into extract brews...

Could I use centennial instead of the cascade at 10 mins - so I have the full 70g of cascade at 0mins? ( I have a full 100g of Centenial and only 70g of cascade..)

Oh sorry that is 23L brew length, It got chopped off for some reason.

26L is the boil size assuming 10% ish evaporation

Yeah of course, it will be subtly different but not in a bad way. Centennial is a very similar hop.
