Go for it, is that Dry hopping or Flame-outs & 80c Steep?
I used 500g of Flaked barley in my Rye stout http://pdtnc.wordpress.com/2010/04/10/a ... tout-mkii/ and as its maturing its getting a lovely creamy mouth feel. :)
