all my readings are this i think ok here we go
sodium 13.9 mg Na/l
magnesuim 2.7mg p/litre
calcium 24mg p/litre
carbonate 71mg of calcium carbonate hardness
sulphate 38 mg SO4/l
chloride 18.1 mg Cl/l
if this makes any sense could some one please help me to what to add for
a: a lager
b: a bitter
c: pale ale
d: dark bitter/stouts

With those sorts of readings you could probably get away with just treating for chlorine with campden tablets. If you get problems with hazes and yeast flocculation, some gypsum or calcium chloride would help as it would boost the calcium level.

SORRY total alkalinty is in hc03 is 32 mg does this cahnge anything??

Your water is similar to mine, I have found problems with the beers clearing . . .but adding calcium in the form of gypsum and / or calcium chloride ( a tsp in the mash and one in the boil) for a 5 gallon batch sorts out most pale beers. . . .. The only downside is that it is difficult to get a nice crisp hop bitterness even if you overdo the gypsum addition.
Darker beers generally benefit from the addition of 2g (in a 5 gallon batch) of sodium bicarb to the mash in addition to the tsp of gypsum/calcium chloride . . . but it is hardly essential.

is there anyway to get a good hop taste? mine always seem a little washed out?
