Whats the unit you use for temp monitoring? The Oven thermometer I got from Themrmometers Direct is giving me grief so I'm looking for a replacement.

I got it from RS. I'm not at home at the moment, I'll let you know what it is in a couple of days. I think Seveneer might have some cheaper solutions though from Ebay (look at his PID comments earlier in this thread). That said, the ones I saw on Ebay had to come from Hong Kong so the price difference may not have been so great.

Mines all IKEA too. I think my wife would like yours better if the grief I'm getting regarding the cost of the units is anything to go by....
