Star San have i used to much

I used star san on saturday to sanitise the FV,but i used 1oz of star san in 5Gallons of water as per instructions on bottle,school boy error i know,but forgot all about the info that i had read on it,as it was a while ago i purchased it.
Now knowing i have used to much,will the beer be drinkable.

Even if you did use too much it will not have any detrimental effect on the taste of the beer.

Sorry for confussion,another school boy error,i meant 5L.I read the instructions on the bottle,then with all that was happening around the time the boil finnished,i used to much SS in to little water.

Which is quite a lot Did you let the FV drip dry well after use ?

No,thats is why im checking to see if everything will be ok.

If the beer tastes like coca-cola, then you will know to use less next time. It won't kill you though.

Sure you used too much, but it will be fine, If there was any left (maybe a few ml at the most) after you drained the FV, it will have been massively diluted when you added your wort.
Most of the dramatic-warnings about StarSan are due to it being registered with the USA-FDA where all those things are required.
