Just dropped the full boil hops in to the beer engine and the ebu came out as 45 if your challenger alpha is 7.6% and the golding is 5.7%, those are just the numbers the engine defaults to, if you know the %'s let me know n I can give you an accurate reckoning.

Goldings 5.1%, Challenger 7.5%, I have been playing about with Beer Engine and I got a higher ebu than you it came out at 50. I do like my beers hoppy though, Would be interested to know what your calculations are just to see if I am using the software properly.

Cheers

Just took a sample and it's finished fermenting and dropped almost clear already, had a taste of the sample and I think it's my best brew so far, it tastes great, nice and hoppy, light and refreshing =P~ I have high hopes for this one after a few weeks conditioning. I will soon have my AG set up sorted so hopefully my beers will get better and better [-o<
