100% wheat dme

Is there anywhere in the uk that sells 100% wheat dme? i've had a look and can't find any anywhere .

Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think you can buy 100% wheat DME it's usually 55% wheat 45% Malt, don't quote me though I could be wrong.

I emailed Muntons a while ago & their Wheat DME is indeed 55% wheat 45% barley, as is the LME they produce for Brupaks.

I remember seeing a 100% wheat extract being talked about several years ago. I've never seen it, but I think it was put out by a german company and I have no idea if it is still available.

A quick search for 'bier brauen' on google.de found this... and this...

No telling if they post to the UK of course or if it has any more than 55% wheat but I thought I'd post it none the less.

The second link is for Brewferm's malt extract range which is what I use here in Switzerland. I've never used their liquid weizen but can tell you it's a ration of 55% wheat to 45% barley
