Never thought I'd manage two brews in one session, (like some of you chaps), but I'm just about to pitch the yeast into my second brew of the day.
Kids and missus are enjoying themselves in a sheep field in Wales while I stay home and look after the animals until Thurs, when I attend the Cambridge Folk Festival, before joining the family next week in said sheep field.
The first brew was a ginger number for friends. The second started off as a clone of Exe Vallley Autumn Gold. But by the time I'd buggered about with it I had to rename it. I just cannot maintain discipline when it comes to recipes. I cannot resist trying to improve them, therebye ruining them and subsequently having no idea as to what the bloody brew will taste like.
Anyway back to the brew for now.
