Hi all
What is the general view with regards lagering .Is it better to lager /condition say for about 3 weeks in a secondary fermenter and then bottle or will it have similar results bottling first ,instead of the secondary first and then conditiong at lower temps.Any views will be a help thanks .

Lager in secondary then rack off to bottle and condition. The protein complexes drop out during lagering and you don't want them in your bottles that's the point of lagering..
