You will, as DaaB says rinse them, rinse them again and then give them a final rinse.I use tap water for rinsing and havn't had any probs yet!
I find that if i tip the bottles upside down before i fill it most of the water has gone!

I must admit that I don't use many bottles, but when I do I sanitise with thin bleach solution. I rinse once with tap water and then give a final rinse with slightly cooled boiled water at around 75 - 80C I find this then drives off any chlorine 8)
I too just invert them quickly before filling to run ot the last dregs of water.

I always give everything 5 rinses in tapwater after sterilising then drain the excess water off. It's not necessary to dry things completely.
