If you're new and want to do a first one - check Jim's bitter out in the AG example on this site - its how I did my first one, and while I made loads of mistakes was still quite drinkable!

Re: first all grain help ????
I'd go for this. It will be pretty hoppy and very delicious! Bobek and Cascade work really well together.
Size: 10 gal (Imp)
Efficiency: 75.0%
Attenuation: 75.0%
Original Gravity: 1.047 (1.000 - 1.100)
Terminal Gravity: 1.012 (1.000 - 1.100)
Color: 8.13 (0.0 - 50.0)
Alcohol: 4.61% (0.0% - 10.0%)
Bitterness: 34.6 (0.0 - 50.0)
Ingredients:
9.09 kg Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt
365 g British Crystal 55°L
180 g Torrified Wheat
140 g Bobek - (4.5%) - added during boil, boiled 90 min
70 g Cascade (7.6%) - steeped after boil at 80c for 30 mins - stir gently every 5 mins
Guessing the alpha acids but if you like the look of this recipe, let me know the actual AA% and I'll tweak it.

Also, your efficiency may be higher / lower than 75% so it may end up stronger / weaker than this.
Re: first all grain help ????
this one looks very hoppy
how about the columbos hops ? there 16 AA % was thinking them in a ipa but very new to all grain only done kits n a few extract brews thanks kris
ps the bobek are 4.5% and cascades are 6.3%

The recipe I posted already had the Bobek set at 4.5%. Doesn't actually matter what the Cascade are as they aren't being boiled. I highly recommend this recipe. Have never brewed it but am sure it would be delicious. I'd even consider bunging in around 30g of Bobek along with the Cascade for a super hop hit.
Go for it!
