Help Please

I have a recipe that requires Styrian Golding
hops but my HB shop doesn't stock them is
there any other varieties I can use instead?

Your going to struggle to get Styrian Goldings. I am sure you will not tell the difference between them and Bobeks though.

Thanks Rob, it's for an Abbey I want to try
I would like some advice on a strain of yeast
to use as well please. I have some Diablo in
bottles from a kit I was going to cultivate but
I have not done this before so I was looking
for an easier way.

If you can get hold of Arora they are super styrians twice the alpha just use 1/2 the amount.
