Just finished brewing this from Clone Brews

0.327 kg Crystal 60 (6.9%)

Hop Bill
23.0 g Northern Brewer Leaf (9.6% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil) (1 g/L)
10.9 g Liberty Leaf (4.5% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil) (0.5 g/L)
10.9 g Willamette Leaf (7.1% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil) (0.5 g/L)
10.9 g Cascade Leaf (7.8% Alpha) @ 1 Minutes (Boil) (0.5 g/L)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes.

Fermented at 20°C with WLP029 - German Ale/Kolsch

6 days of fermentation @ 19deg and a couple of days of a reel bad eggy smell.

Now has fermented down to 1012.
Attenuation of 75%

Will rack off into secondary for a couple of weeks to let some more yeast drop out.
And collect some yeast to add to the collection.
