Yeast for the hardcore ipa is us05 from memory. No idea on the hopping schedule, but their site says they use Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus for dry hopping.

Can you get hold of Simcoe again now? I thought it was out of stock everywhere?

hmm, I think I have an unopened packet of Simcoe in the freezer, nice

I had a taster of Dark Star's Green Hopped beer the other day in the Newcastle Arms whilst delivering there, what a brew, bittering comes from Target, then 6 additions of fresh Simcoe cones, it was really good.

Thrifty are still showing it in stock, at £1.81/100gms. I picked up plenty for my next two brews.
