Dreadskin's turbo cider recipe, confusion, please help

Hi ive just joined as id like to make dreadskins cider recipe but am a little confused on the tea front on this forum it says one cup but on his recipe on river cottage it says 2 POTS! this is my first time so i really wanna get it right!!

also it says 3 jars of honey, anyone know what size jars? gram wise (was in cost earlier and their jars are more like barrells lol)

i have got 6 "pink lady" apples is this ok or should i get bramleys?

like i say im very new so thank you so much for your help in advance i have a new kit and 20litres of juice waiting lol!!

one more thing is hydrometering as complicated as it sounds

Sorry I'll start again as I think I've lead you to believe in asking something else, I just want to clarify dreadskins recipe as I've already seen the one posted on here ( in your link) and also see a conflicting one from him on the river cottage website, I'm not questioning the method or ingredients just their quantities

Oh and the other questions I've posted :)
