Only missing a tidge of crystal and wheat!!!!!! Not bad for BIAB Beer??????
pdtnc's - AG34 very much anticipated after scooping the recent award and to be honest ade yours was better than your Saltaire Cascade sitting on the yeast definately adds to the flavour!!!!! Pleasant carbonation with a decent head that subsided over the pint!! overall a quality beer!!!!!!!!!!!
AG36 - A head thats still clinging to the glass 1/2 way down, not for the faint hearted with all that amirillo!!!! very strong tasting beer that warms you up as you drink it! never had amarillo before and its got a nice twang to it especially when over 450 g of it in 5 gallon batch!!! I'll still be tasting this tomorrow!!!!
Will be having AG35 tomorrow and advise you leave my last one for a couple of weeks was quite young!!!!!!!!!!!!!

196osh's Tomahawk Imperial IPA
Poured nice with a good carbonation and tight head which subsided a bit.
Hops proper climbing out of the glass and up my nose, floral and fruity, little bit of alcohol on the nose (like subtle aftershave but not aftershave!).
Tastes very floral, bitterness is there and its smooth and not over-powering, tiny little bit of initial astringency, finishes after the flowers die away with some alcohol warmth.

Not bad at all mate, lovely dry hopped APA

Cheers mate. I tried to hide the booze as much as I could. But I like a bit there so that when its 9.6% abv you know that your drinking something with a kick.

PDTNC's Stateside Torpedo

Apologies for the lack of the correct technical terms etc as I'm new to this.......

The bottle opened with a nice psst, pouring showed nice level of carbination. The first scent I got was citrus fruit, very fresh and appetising. Flavourwise, very smooth with a gentle tangerine citrus taste slidining down the centre of the tongue, then the hops come in from the sides. The hoppines is fantastic. All in all a lovely smooth drink, it definately doesn' taste like you're drinking a 6-7% beer.

Glad that went down well... its actually mellowed a bit now I'm down to my last bottle! (You got the 2nd to last!)
I will have to make more maybe a big mad Christmas holiday brew.

pdtnc AG #35 – Flakey Mild Entire Stout, Eventually got round this one! Nice easy drinky once the massive head had subsided a little! over run by yanks been my favourite out of the 3!

yeah, most of that brew was kegged so the bottles were all just 1/2 Tsp of sugar to prime, Carbonation might have been a bit lively!!

Matty, That last bottle....

Poured nice with a good amount of carbonation and left a thin head, Smells good Goldings & Cascade??? Bit of Honey on the nose and then in the taste, pretty clean and refreshing with a good level of bitterness. A good summer quencher

No ade all hallertau aroma 7% 100g bitter and 100 g flame out. Nobody got the hops yet, just done this again with 50+50 quite nice too! Off topic but do you use wet or dry yeast at work?

We skim and re-pitch after a few days rest in the fridge, every 3rd pitch is Acid washed. I think the yeast originally came from Thwaits.
