Black Spider Bitter

Just had a taster of my most recent creation. And even if I do say so myself it's pretty damn good.
Here it is.

45L Volume.
6613.04 gm Marris Otter (5.9 EBC) Grain 76.61 %
500.00 gm Caramalt (118.2 EBC) Grain 5.79 %
456.00 gm Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 EBC) Grain 5.28 %
62.61 gm Black (Patent) Malt (985.0 EBC) Grain 0.73 %
66.00 gm Northdown [8.50 %] (90 min) Hops 31.5 IBU
11.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (90 min) Hops 3.1 IBU
25.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] (10 min) Hops 2.6 IBU
1.96 items Protafloc (Boil 20.0 min) Misc
1000.00 gm Cane (Beet) Sugar (0.0 EBC) Sugar 11.59 %

For those of you who are particularly sharp witted, you may notice that there are similarities to The Batemans XXXB recipe from GW's book. I didn't have all of the required ingredients and so substituted, aiming to recreate the IBU and EBC (with a little help from brewsmith of course)
Well the result is spot on. It started at 1.055 and finished at 1.011 so a nice christmas strength beer.

Crystal 120L isn't 120 EBC, is it? More like 240, I thought.
And there's one important thing missing, this recipe makes only wort not beer. (hint: yeast :) ).
What suppliers is the caramalt from? I thought that was something like carapils or carafoam, but apparently it isn't.

HI Crystal malt from Barley Bottom 120EBC Accordingly heres the link http://www.barleybottom.com/menu/product/&ID=67 If I remember correctly the caramalt was from the same supplier.
