Right chaps, thinking caps on. I need a recipe to use up a few bits. This is what I've got..
5kg Maris Otter
500g Cara Malt
60g Target
40g Fuggles
20g Challenger
20g EK Goldings
Nottingham yeast
Any suggestions would be great, can't make my mind up!

I'd use all the grains, bitter with target, then add the challenger and goldings at the end for a nice pale ale/best bitter.Chicken Dipper wrote:Happy New Beer!

They are fine as a bittering hop, some users have commented that they can be harsh when used as an aroma hop.Chicken Dipper wrote: I bought the Target to use in a Guiness clone which worked out great, but have been a bit unsure of them as I had read that they were a bit harsh.
