About time for a stout

Post by JabbA » Fri Jan 14, 2011 10:51 am

I have a demijhon bubbling away with White Labs Irish Ale in it and so Sunday is Stout Day :D

I've cobbled together this recipe below and would appreciate any comments before I pour the the whole lot together only then to have to pour it all down the drain #-o

Cheers, Alfie! Yep, quite a lot going on in the mash tun! It'll be interesting to have little tasters and see how it develops over say 2-3 months.

Cheers,
Jamie
