Got the day off so getting this on

getting the peeler out matey! :D got some nice zesty ones from Morrisons yesterday, and a new pack of coriander seed, so i'll be braking out the pestle and mortar so they are a fresh as possible! :D

cheers lads!

been fannying about today so i've just put the 15 min additions in. The inventory in my BeerAlchemy must be out of date as I didn't have enough tettnang so I supplemented it with the last of my Willamette (used 100% Willamette in the last Wit I did and it was really nice!)

Should be good, that bottle of Wit you gave me was a cracker, a good use of WB-06 too.
