How does this look, Mild brewers?

Last mild I did was a disaster, so I thought I'd bounce it off you chaps for sanity. :)

Efficiency: 75.0%
Attenuation: 75.0%
Calories: 113.45 kcal per 12.0 fl oz

Original Gravity: 1.034 (1.030 - 1.038)
Terminal Gravity: 1.009 (1.008 - 1.013)
Color: 21.86 (12.0 - 25.0)
Alcohol: 3.36% (2.8% - 4.5%)
Bitterness: 12.5 (10.0 - 25.0)

Ingredients:
2.5 kg Maris Otter Pale
300 g British Dark Crystal
150 g English Chocolate Malt
20 g Fuggle (4.8%) - added during boil, boiled 90 min

Schedule:
Ambient Air: 70.0 °F
Source Water: 60.0 °F
Elevation: 0.0 m

00:03:00 Mild Mash In - Liquor: 7.69 L; Strike: 75.22 °C; Target: 68.0 °C
01:33:00 Mild Mash 90 mins. - Rest: 90 min; Final: 68.0 °C
02:33:00 Mild Batch Sparge - First Sparge: 8 L sparge @ 168.0 °F, 20 min; Second Sparge: 8 L sparge @ 168.0 °F, 40 min; Total Runoff: 5.62 gal

It looks okay to me. What yeast are you going to use?
Speaking of mead for vikings: I am aging a batch of mead to give my grandson on his 21st birthday. His first and middle names are Leif Ericksson.

How long has it been aging for?

I'll probably use WLP002.

It looks watery and tasteless. But then i am no expert on milds!

Next month will be two years, Leif is 6 1/2.
I plan to bottle soon.

That sounds more like a 19L recipe. Unless your efficiency is nearer 90%, I think you'll struggle to reach those figures in a 23L brew.

I think it must be a 5 US gallon recipe.

I brew 19 litre lengths, to fit cornies.
