Its the first time i`ve attempted to brew 23ltrs on the 10gallon setup so a bit of trial and error on this one.

5kg Golden Promise
20g Target @ 60mins AA12.9%
20g Cascade @ 15mins AA7.6%
20g Cascade @ 5mins AA7.6%
27g Cascade @ 0mins AA7.6% Steeped for 50mins

The target was 23ltrs @ OG1049
But i`ve just run it off into the FV and i`ve got 25ltrs so not bad guess work on volumes etc, not sure on
OG yet as the wort in the hydrometer trail jar is still at 40 deg C and reading 1041 so not gonna hit the 1049
but i do have 2 ltrs extra.
