100% Pale Crystal

Hi Guys,

Would a 100% pale crystal be utterly grotesque?

Was thinking 4KG Pale crystal, 60g EKG @T-90, 30g First Gold @T-15 and 15g First Gold @T-0

Oh, maybe some wheat malt, so I guess its not 100% crystal...

Yep, 100% crystal would be foul mate, but it would be quick to make because you could skip the mash (unless you add the wheat)...
