I plan to dip my toe into the BIAB waters this weekend and would appreciate it if any of the old heads out there would cast their eye over this recipe that I am thinking of using just in case there is a glaring problem.
My head is telling me I should try a few simple brews first to get my technique up to scratch but my heart says "to hell with that - life's too short"

I have used the BIAB calculator to get the volumes etc and the recipe itself is taken from one of the members of a US homebrew forum.
