10g Willamette & 80g Fuggle for 75mins,
20g Fuggle and 20g Saaz for last 10mins.
The spraymalt was a bonus - i'd forgotten i had it. So that got lobbed in too.
IBU approx 34, colour approx 80.
Yeast Safale S04
Everything went pretty well. Had a hell of a time getting the mash temp right cos i over compensated when bringing the temp down a little so it was a very wet mash, but after the boil got 23l at 1052, which is more or less my normal efficiency, so it must have worked out okay. That's definitely the most varied grain bill i've done - If i like it's gonna be a pain to reproduce! Had a little taste from the sample jar as before pitching the yeast. I find it really difficult to tell what it's gonna be like at this stage, but it was certainly malty

Sad that i won't be brewing for a while, but the upside is that the new extension will have a better brewery as part of it. Even wifie refers to the garage as the brewery now
