They look the goods. In Australia some small breweries put out "Fresh wort kits" which are basically wort out of their kettle run into cubes and no chilled several dozen at a time and available from some HB outlets - around 25 pounds a pop, not cheap but perhaps the ultimate in convenience and reliability. They come in virtually identical cubes.

I purchased a couple of these from the same ebay seller a few weeks back, BARGAIN!!
and yes... they are food grade ;)
They are also stackable
I am well pleased.

I bought 5 earlier this year when our water supply froze - great value. Never told SWMBO about nochill though - I don't think she would have been so ready to buy them if she'd known (we already had 2 for camping).
