This is my Coopers Aussie Lager at 8 weeks bottled.
Made with 500g of light spray malt & 500g of dextrose.
Came in around 5% ABV

Yes, it's an ale yeast. I'm planning on doing one of these using a "clean" ale yeast Nottingham, which gives you less of a fruity taste.Monkeybrew wrote:I think I'm right in saying that its an ale yeast.
