I ordered a kilo of Rauchmalz at the end of last year, and i think the time to use it is approaching.
Here's the (slightly odd) recipe i am leaning towards at the moment:

-1000g Rauchmalz
-500g Dark Munich
-2500g Pils Malt
-1000g Wheat Malt
- 40g of a german hop (i have tett, haller M, haller H, spalt available - any suggestions?) - full boil
-S-33 (Edme) (unusual too, but this is the only yeast i have left now, and it needs using up)

Interesting, I'm planning something not a million miles from your recipe
Prob something like:
3kg Vienna
1.5kg Rauch
maybe a little Munich and some Carapils
Tettnang hops
And use S-33 yeast!
