11.83% Dextrose
11.24% Black Malt
5.92% Crystal 60

3.3 g/L East Kent Golding (4.7% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
1.1 g/L East Kent Golding (4.7% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)

0.0 g/L Irish Moss @ 10 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with Danstar Windsor

Not a clue what it will turn out like, just a user upper but it seems ok in the FV. Appears to be a strong Porter type Old ale.

Wow, that will be a Dark one with over 10% of Black Malt.
