As I type I build this ( after a few very nice beers)

So

Grain:
3kg lager Malt
2kg Golden Promise Malt
200 gms Torry Wheat (Dark wheat malt not used today)
100 gms melanoidin malt

Hops:
20gms Brewers Gold @ 60 mins
50gms Brewers Gold @ 15 mins
30gms Brewers Gold @ FO
20gms Amarillo hops @ FO

RIMS:
35º @ 15 min
50º @ 15 min
64º @ 60 min

Yeast:
Liquid Ridleys

25lts of 1044 in the FV :D

with my head in the yeast flask I get a strange rubber like smell from the yeast.

Looks good. If them nice people at Crouch Vale let you have some yeast I may have to pop over and steal a little bit of it from you.

Been playing about with a step mash for some time and it make my brewday more simple to start around that temp and move the temp up through the B-glucan, Protein and sacchrification rests so my process stays the same(ish) so when I add Oats, Wheat corn, rice etc I get use out of them

Steve did not call them but might in a bit see how I get on
