I remember the Mallard brewery from a few years back, if I recall correctly it was in someones back garden in Nottingham. It was a Micro Brewery in the days before Micro breweries became popular.
I doubt theres many people on here who have even tasted the beer though, I don't think it has a very large production, so I think you might be lucky to find someone who has attempted a clone of it.

Re: Mallard Quackerjack
Phil Mallard retired last October and has since sold the brewery to two other fellas. Its now called Mallard Southwell Brewery and is still in Nottingham. I cant seem to find a link or an email but if you do Im sure they'll be happy to help with what ingredients go into the beer.

I can't find a Quackerjack recipe but there are a number of recipes here: http://books.google.com/books?id=6vbWcQ ... es&f=false. Go to page 356. There's one called Quismas Quacker, which I assume is a seasonal variation on Quackerjack...
