2kg pale malt
1kg vienna malt
1kg munich malt
200grams torrified wheat

northern brewer 50 grams 90minutes
target 10grams 90minutes
challenger 40grams 5minutes
northdown 40grams 5 minutes
challenger 30grams 0 minutes 80oc steep
northdown 30grams 0 minutes 80oc steep

Get rid of the Target hops and reduce the Northern Brewer to about 18 grams and you might wind up with a decent biscuity blonde ale.

Boingy is right, just brew it. Saying that I would suggest at least considering my advice to reduce the hops otherwise you are going to have a rather bitter beer.
