the info I got from Schneider said 40 EBUs for the Hopfenweisse... though obviously not for the regular version.

Wow!
I'll keep an eye out for the 'hopfenweisse'!
I think becasue my wheat is so dry it tastes more bitter than I'd like...
The Mount Hood does shine thorough in this one - it has a nice 'noble' aroma and flavour not unlike a decent Pilsner (Urquel)
Look forward to hearing about the 'Hopfen' versions of yours PDTNC!
